We pride ourselves on our eco-friendly message and show this in our gift wrapping by only using sustainable materials

In line with this philosophy, we have implemented several measures to minimize unnecessary printing, such as not including receipts in our gift packages unless requested by the customer. We can also email receipts for tax purposes on request.

Q: I left it a bit late and worried my order won't arrive by the time I need it. Can you help?

Yes , we can help you get your order faster by offering express shipping options. For orders up to 10kg, express shipping is available for a flat rate of $19.95. For orders between 10kg and 20kg, express shipping is available for a flat rate of $39.95. For orders over 20kg, please contact us for a quote on express shipping. In addition, you also have the option to pick up your order locally in Newcastle. Please note that the expected arrival times for our different shipping options may vary. For orders shipped to NSW and ACT, regular shipping is expected to arrive within 1-2 days and express shipping is expected to arrive within 1 day. For orders shipped to QLD and VIC, regular shipping is expected to arrive within 3 days and express shipping is expected to arrive within 2 days. For orders shipped to NT, WA, TAS, and SA, regular shipping is expected to arrive within 4-7 days and express shipping is expected to arrive within 2 days.
